We'll have one scheduled video meet each month we work together to get some face time and "live" chatting in. Some clients like kicking off each month with the meeting, some like closing our months together with the meeting to recap.

In general, I check Voxer at least 4x a day from 9-5 (which means you can expect a reply multiple times every coaching day!). You can leave me as many messages as you’d like and I’ll get back to you once I check the app.

I’ll respond to you on Voxer Monday & Thurs for 2x/ week, and only Mon OR Thurs for 1x/ week.
